Sushi Making!

The finished product!! We used sliced mangoes, crab filament and seaweed!





Decided to make sushi because I picked up a "thingy" to make sushi for only RM5!!! (In Daiso, everything is RM5!) Decided to play with it so, we boiled some Japanese rice, sliced some mangoes, filament sticks and Japanese cucumbers and make sushi!!

We're still noobs, so it's better to play it safe and not attempt complicated stuff like Soft Shell Crab rolls, Dragon rolls and etc... It would be so cool if I could make such sushi!!! But, will try when I'm home alone... till then, here are some of my favourite sushi!!

My all time favourite Dragon Roll!! Tempura prawns in a huge roll with Japanese mayo!! Deliciousness on a different level at Sushi Zanmai, 1 Utama.

All sorts of Temaki Handrolls!! Your choice of seaweed or tortilla!! With Spicy Ebi Tempura or Soft Shell Crabs from Pasta Zanmai, 1 Utama.

Deep fried crispy Salmon skin Sushi!! Too bad they don't serve this anymore!! It was delicious at Sushi Zanmai, 1 Utama.
